The process to reset your password is as follows:

  • Upon entering your user name or e-mail address above, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that you wish to reset your password
  • In the e-mail, there will be a link which, once clicked on, will reset your password and e-mail to you your recorded user name and new password

Why this process?
